How Does It Work?
Overseas suppliers connect to the EnsoLogic platform and upload their catalog, inventory and
transfer pricing. They select Indian sellers that they want to work with. The India sellers
use Ensologic platform to sell the products in
the following 3 models:
Dropship
The inventory lies with the overseas supplier. Product is shipped once there is a confirmed order from the customer.
Consigned
The goods are shipped to designated Ensologic warehouses in India once the supplier and seller agree on terms.
Outright Buy
The seller buys the goods from the supplier on an agreed transfer pricing.
Ensologic takes care of QC, international logistics, export and import, warehousing,
labelling, fulfilment (LMD) and return processing. The Indian seller manages the sales
channel, pays duty and taxes, bears return costs and
services consumers.

What about Payments?
In each of these cases, the payment is ensured to the overseas supplier if the goods are sold because the seller has to maintain a prepaid account with Ensologic. On the other hand, payment is only released to the supplier once Ensologic has ensured that the shipped goods are of expected quality.
Are my goods secure when I consign goods to India?
Goods are consigned to Ensologic run warehouses. We guarantee the safety of your goods.
What channels do you sell on?
We have a network of sellers that have expertise in selling on Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, Snapdeal and other popular online channels. Ensologic provides direct API integration with these channels to ensure transparency in sales. We also have sellers that can distribute and sell products offline.
Do you also sell our goods in other markets?
Yes. support for distributing and selling goods in markets like Middle East, USA is coming soon.
